Scope of Work:

1. Concept Development:
   • Collaborated with the Ministry of Culture to bring their vision of a heritage-centric festival to life.
   • Designed thematic pavilions representing various regions of Saudi Arabia.
2. Planning and Preparation:
   • Prepared detailed floor plans and logistics for the 15-acre event site.
   • Conducted structural and safety checks to ensure compliance with large-scale event standards.
3. Execution:
   • Built 20+ cultural pavilions with detailed designs inspired by traditional Saudi architecture.
   • Set up interactive exhibits featuring crafts, traditional dress, and cuisine.
   • Installed a main stage for cultural performances, including traditional music and dance.
4. Onsite Support:
   • Managed live activities, ensuring a seamless experience for visitors and performers.
